Cheriton Self-Help publishes Self-Help manuals and Mind, Body & Spirit books.

We aim to be a very large publishing company and will be publishing dozens of books every year.

We work with previously unknown authors because we believe that there is a mass of undiscovered writing talent out there just waiting to be given a chance.

So that's what we do. Not only is this a great way for an unpublished author to see their work in print, but it also brings to the world some of the best books available.
