Book Returns
Cheriton House Publishing Pty Ltd

Returns Policy

All books purchased by resellers, are sold on the condition that you have read and understand the following returns policy:

All books sold to resellers are returnable. If a title isn't selling in the market we need to get it back as soon as possible. Therefore our returns period is 6 calendar months from the date of the publishers invoice.

If books ordered have not been supplied, notice must be given to the publisher within 30 days of the date of the order being placed.

Books damaged in transit, either during delivery or during return, are not the responsibility of the publisher.

Books must be returned with an accompanying packing slip which must contain the quantity of books, the titles, author, original invoice number and invoice date. Books will be refunded with the invoice price but not the return shipping and packing costs paid by the retailer.

Only books purchased directly from the publisher, via this web site, can be returned to the publisher. If the books were purchased through a wholesaler or distributor, they must be returned to that source.

All books must be packaged appropriately for returning. Packaging must be placed between each book to prevent damage in transit. The books must be packed in boxes and not padded bags.

Any books that arrive damaged will not be refunded.

All books returned must still be in a resalable "as new" condition.

If prefered, a credit note can be issued against future purchases.
